Our Workshop
Lumber & Lawn has a fully equipped workshop with specialised tools. Our well trained technicians attend regular refresher courses at our suppliers on the latest technology and repair techniques. You are welcome to visit our workshop to observe our effective workshop systems. Lumber & Lawn service and repair all products sold by them, as well as some other products of which spares distribution channels are reliable and easily obtainable.
In order to keep track and take record of machines, we have developed a unique program to keep track of this, spares ordered, quotations and repaired jobs. We had to define a unique new Job Instruction Form (JIF) to assist us and our agents in booking in our clients’ machines, other than the internal Job Card used by many of our competitors. We also adopted a policy of sending a sms to our customers as soon as the job is completed.

Training and After Sales Service
New products comes with an Owner’s / Operator’s manual. Before using your new product the operator needs to familiarise her-/himself with this guide. We will train your operator in the daily and weekly maintenance of your new product at our premises within one week after date of sale.
We are not responsible for operator training. All our new products receives a pre-delivery check before they are released to the agent/customer.
